Ingredients for Sauteed Chicken Meat For Filling Pao / Bread
1 kg of chicken thighs in a chopper 1/2 finely
1 pc onion coarsely chopped
5 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1/2 pc yam, coarsely chopped
5 pcs ear mushrooms, soaked until soft and then coarsely chopped
Sufficient oyster sauce, soy sauce and sweet soy sauce
Sugar and pepper to taste
A pinch of salt (taste test first)
Less water
A little cornstarch / starch solution to thicken
Oil for frying
How to make chicken stir fry for stuffing pao/bread
1. Heat a frying pan, pour oil, sauté the onions until fragrant, add the sauteed meat until it changes color, then add the mushrooms and yam, mix well, then add the water.
2. Season with soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and pepper, add cornstarch solution, mix well
