Ingredients for Sauteed Chicken Meat For Filling Pao / Bread
- 1 kg of chicken thighs in a chopper 1/2 finely
- 1 pc onion coarsely chopped
- 5 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 pc yam, coarsely chopped
- 5 pcs ear mushrooms, soaked until soft and then coarsely chopped
- Sufficient oyster sauce, soy sauce and sweet soy sauce
- Sugar and pepper to taste
- A pinch of salt (taste test first)
- Less water
- A little cornstarch / starch solution to thicken
- Oil for frying
How to make chicken stir fry for stuffing pao/bread
- 1. Heat a frying pan, pour oil, sauté the onions until fragrant, add the sauteed meat until it changes color, then add the mushrooms and yam, mix well, then add the water.
- 2. Season with soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and pepper, add cornstarch solution, mix well
- 3. Cook until absorbed, and the gravy thickens, taste test (it's better if you cook the stir-fried meat, don't be too dry) the taste tends to be sweet to savory, right?
