Material A

  • 230 gr ripe banana
  • 1 sachet of sweet thick

Material B

  • 3 eggs
  • 140 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp SP
  • pinch of salt

Material C

  • 180 gr medium protein flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Material D

  • 50 gr margarine melt
  • 60 g oil

How to Make Baked Banana Cake

  • * Puree ingredients A using a chopper or blender, set aside
  • * Whisk ingredients B at the highest speed until white, thick, traces
  • * reduce the speed of the mixer, enter the ingredients A. beat evenly for a moment.
  • * Enter ingredient C while sifted. Beat again on the lowest speed until smooth. Turn off the mixer, smooth with a spatula
  • * Enter ingredient D, stir again until blended and there is no oil that settles at the bottom of the dough
  • * Pour into a 20cm tulban tin that has been lightly polished and sprinkled with flour (it's easier if you brush it with Carlo)
  • * Bake until cooked, adjust to each oven
