Unbaked Rainbow Cheesecake
Crust Material
- 200 g biscuits, puree
- 100 gr butter, melted
Cheesecake Ingredients
- 750 gr cream cheese
- 150 gr powdered sugar
- 300 gr whipped cream powder
- 600 ml cold full cream milk
- 200 gr white cooking chocolate, melt
- 3 tbsp gelatin, (dissolve it in cold water first)
- Pink, yellow, green, blue, purple food coloring
How to make
- 1. Crust: mix the mashed biscuits with melted butter. Mix well. Put it in a tin or dessert box
- 2. In another bowl, beat the whipped cream powder with cold liquid milk until stiff and fluffy.
- 3. Add cream cheese, powdered sugar and white cooking chocolate. Beat until smooth. Enter the gelatin (gelatin that has been dissolved earlier, mix it first with a little hot water until it melts), mix well. Set aside.
- 4. Divide the dough into 5 equal parts.
- 5. Then add each part with each food coloring. Mix well. Put it in a piping bag to make it easier when pouring the dough
- 6. Pour/spray the purple dough over the crumb. Cool briefly in the freezer for about 5 minutes. (15 minutes)
- 7. Pour/spray the blue batter over the purple. Cool down a bit.
- 8. Do the same until the last color.
- 9. Serve cold.
