Crust Material

  • 200 g biscuits, puree
  • 100 gr butter, melted

Cheesecake Ingredients

  • 750 gr cream cheese
  • 150 gr powdered sugar
  • 300 gr whipped cream powder
  • 600 ml cold full cream milk
  • 200 gr white cooking chocolate, melt
  • 3 tbsp gelatin, (dissolve it in cold water first)
  • Pink, yellow, green, blue, purple food coloring

How to make

  • 1. Crust: mix the mashed biscuits with melted butter. Mix well. Put it in a tin or dessert box
  • 2. In another bowl, beat the whipped cream powder with cold liquid milk until stiff and fluffy.
  • 3. Add cream cheese, powdered sugar and white cooking chocolate. Beat until smooth. Enter the gelatin (gelatin that has been dissolved earlier, mix it first with a little hot water until it melts), mix well. Set aside.
  • 4. Divide the dough into 5 equal parts.
  • 5. Then add each part with each food coloring. Mix well. Put it in a piping bag to make it easier when pouring the dough
  • 6. Pour/spray the purple dough over the crumb. Cool briefly in the freezer for about 5 minutes. (15 minutes)
  • 7. Pour/spray the blue batter over the purple. Cool down a bit.
  • 8. Do the same until the last color.
  • 9. Serve cold.
