Ingredients
- 250 gr BOLA Deli Glutinous Flour, roasted
- 100 gr Deli BALL Refined Sugar
- 400 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- Strawberry, taro and matcha paste

- 50 G Glutinous Flour Deli Balls, Roasted
How to make
- 1. Boil water and sugar until dissolved, remove and cool.
- 2. Mix the roasted glutinous rice flour, salt and sugar water, stir until there are no lumps. Strain.
- 3. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts, each with strawberry, taro and matcha paste. Cook on Teflon until cooked and tough. Lift.
- 4. Coat the table with glutinous rice flour, flatten the dough into a square shape and place it in a mica/baking tin that has been given a bread base. Leave in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours. Take it out.
- 5. Cut according to taste, coat again with roasted glutinous rice flour, ready to be served.
- NB: If the dough is too heavy, you can add a little water to a medium consistency (as in the video)
