Coconut Milk Syringe
Ingredients
- – 250 gr wheat flour
- – 1 egg yolk
- – 150 g of powdered sugar
- – 150 gr margarine
- – 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
- – 1 pack of instant coconut milk (65 mil size)
Toppings
- – Sufficiently Grated Cheese
How to make
- 1. Beat with a whisk: egg yolks, powdered sugar, margarine and vanilla powder until well blended, about 5 minutes
- 2. Then add the coconut milk and flour little by little while stirring with a spatula, stir until well blended / (stir by hand until the dough is smooth and not sticky to the hands)
- 3. Prepare a baking sheet that has been smeared with thin margarine, then take a little dough and print it onto a baking sheet with a syringe cake mold, do this until the dough runs out
- 4. Sprinkle with grated cheese topping on top / The toppings are according to taste
- 5. Then bake in the oven until cooked, according to each oven
- 6. Once cooked, cool to room temperature and pack in jars
