Ingredients

  • 4 Sheets of Bread
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1/4 tsp fine salt
  • 1/4 tsp blackpepper/pepper powder
  • 100 gr Pangko Flour/Breadcrumbs
  • Sufficient cooking oil
  • 2 Sheets of Cheddar Cheese
  • Eggs Mayo salad:
  • 3 Boiled Eggs
  • 2 stick filament crab sticks, boiled
  • 5 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp fine salt
  • 5 Sheets of Lettuce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

How to make

  • 1. Beat the hard-boiled eggs, and finely slice the Crab stick filaments, mix with the salt mayonnaise and blackpepper, stir until well blended. Enter the lettuce leaf slices Stir until well blended, set aside.
  • 2. Roll out 2 slices of bread at the same time, then cut into rounds. Make it up.
  • 3. Beat eggs, salt and black pepper. Dip the bread into the beaten egg, then remove it
  • Roll the bread into the Pangko/Breadcrumbs flour.
  • 4. Heat enough cooking oil to fry the bread until golden yellow and bubbly, remove and drain.
  • 5. Cut the cheese into triangular shapes, cut the bread into 2 parts, fill the bread with Eggs Mayo salad and cheese. Serve.
