Peanut Pao Ingredients

  • 350 gr Pao Flour
  • 150 gr Key Flour
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 6 gr Instant Yeast
  • 1 gr Baking Powder
  • 100 ml Coconut Water (cold).
  • 205 ml Cold liquid milk (approximately).
  • 50 gr White Butter
  • 1.5 g Salt

Stuffing

  • sugar peanuts

How to Make Peanut Pao

  • Cmpr all ingredients except butter and salt
  • Mixer until 1/2 smooth, add butter and salt
  • Kalis Mixer
  • Divide the dough and round it, let it rest for 10 minutes
  • Fill it with stuffing, let it rest until it expands lightly
  • Heat the steamer
  • Steam -10 minutes/cooked.
  • Lift.
