Strawberry Cheesecake
Material A (Basis)
- – 125gr regal biscuits / 1 pack
- – 100gr margarine, melt
- How to make the base:
- – destroy the regal (I use chopper)
- - mix well with melted margarine
- - pour in the disassembly pan (I have a diameter of 15cm)
- – put in the fridge
Ingredients B (Creamcheese)
- – 150gr whip cream powder (haan)
- – 250gr cold water
- – 2 boxes of cheese spread (prociz)
- - 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (indomilk)
- – 1 tsp salt
How to Make Creamcheese
- - stir or mixer cold water and whipcream until creamy fluffy
- - add 2 cheese spread, mixer again, just low speed
- - add skim and salt, mix again until blended
- - pour into the tin, over the biscuit regal
Ingredient C (Strawberry Jam)
- – 200gr strawberries, cut into small pieces
- - 100gr sugar
- – 2 tbsp lemon juice
How to Make Strawberry Jam
- - cook on medium low heat until it becomes jam, stirring patiently
- - pour into the pan again, the top layer
- - chill 4 hours until set
- - ready to be served, it's better to refrigerate it then yes, it's delicious served cold
