Ingredients

  • 1 pack of dumpling skin, cut according to taste
  • 5 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 5 lime leaves, chopped
  • Curly chili & dry cayenne pepper to taste, coarse chopper (you can use chili powder if you don't want to be complicated)
  • Powdered mushroom broth, to taste (you can use Royco/Mako & you can add mecin to make it more savory for those who like it)
  • Right amount of oil

How to make

  • 1. Fry the dumpling skin until golden, set aside.
  • 2. Heat a bit of cooking oil -/+ 8 tbsp (so that the seasoning sticks to the dumplings later), saute the garlic until fragrant.
  • 3. Enter the lime leaves, stir-fry again until fragrant.
  • 4. Reduce the heat to a candle flame, add the dried chilies & powdered mushroom broth, mix well.
  • 5. Immediately enter the fried dumplings, stir until well mixed with the spices.
  • 6. Correct the taste, turn off the stove, wait for it to cool, then put it in a jar.
  • 7. Serve.
