Spicy Gehu Ingredients

  • 10 pieces of tofu pong/fried tofu
  • 100 g cabbage, sliced
  • 100 gr bean sprouts
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • Salt, sugar to taste
  • Cooking oil

Ground spices

  • 3 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 pieces of curly red chili
  • 10 pieces of red chili

Upholstery

  • 75 gr wheat flour
  • 75 gr all-purpose flour (Sasa, my serving, etc.)
  • 200 ml water
  • Salt

How to Make Spicy Gehu

  • 1 Contents: stir-fry ground spices until cooked, add cabbage, bean sprouts, salt & sugar, stir briefly, remove & set aside
  • 2 Take the tofu that has been cut in the middle, then fill it with the filling. Set aside
  • 3 Coatings: mix all the coating ingredients, stir
  • 4 Dip the stuffed tofu into the coating, then fry until golden yellow
