Spicy Gehu Ingredients
- 10 pieces of tofu pong/fried tofu
- 100 g cabbage, sliced
- 100 gr bean sprouts
- 1 scallion, sliced
- Salt, sugar to taste
- Cooking oil
Ground spices
- 3 cloves of red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 pieces of curly red chili
- 10 pieces of red chili
Upholstery
- 75 gr wheat flour
- 75 gr all-purpose flour (Sasa, my serving, etc.)
- 200 ml water
- Salt
How to Make Spicy Gehu
- 1 Contents: stir-fry ground spices until cooked, add cabbage, bean sprouts, salt & sugar, stir briefly, remove & set aside
- 2 Take the tofu that has been cut in the middle, then fill it with the filling. Set aside
- 3 Coatings: mix all the coating ingredients, stir
- 4 Dip the stuffed tofu into the coating, then fry until golden yellow
