Ijo Banana Ice Ingredients

  • 3 plantains, steam 7-10 minutes
  • 30gr flour
  • 30gr rice flour
  • 15g sugar
  • 65ml coconut milk @karasantan.id
  • 65ml pandan water
  • Pandan paste according to taste

Method

  • Mix and stir all ingredients except bananas. Then steam 15 minutes, remove and knead, divide the dough into 3 parts. Line with plastic wrap, flatten 1 dough, put bananas, wrap.
  • Steam for 10 minutes. Remove and cut.
  • Mix all ingredients, stir well and cook until thickened. Lift And Set aside.
  • Mix water and margarine, cook on medium low heat, until margarine dissolves, add flour, stir until smooth. Remove and add beaten eggs, stir until smooth and not sticky in the container. Put it in a piping bag.
  • Spray the churros mixture into a bowl that has been greased with oil, put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then remove from the bowl, fry in hot oil until cooked. Lift.

Chocolate Vla Material

  • 65ml coconut milk @karasantan.id and water weighed a total of 250gr
  • 50gr sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 25gr DCC

Churros Bowl Ingredients

  • 125gr flour
  • 250ml water
  • 25gr margarine
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Presentation

  • Arrange Churros Bowl, give chocolate vla, green banana topping and add ice cream.
