Ingredients

  • 30 gr flour pro medium
  • 100 gr rice flour
  • 50 gr cornstarch
  • 30 gr milk powder
  • 90 gr sugar
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 170 ml Water
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla (I added)

Filling

  • Chocolate jam

Method

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together and stir until smooth and not lumpy. Then sieve to make sure the dough is not lumpy.
  • 2. Heat the crepes maker/Teflon until hot over low heat.
  • 3. Then paste the crepes maker into the dough, if the hole is perforated, you can add a little dough with a spatula.
  • 4. Leave until slightly browned then spread chocolate jam.
  • 5. Fold the triangle shape / according to taste.
  • 6. Remove and crispy crepes are ready to be served.
