Crispy Crepes
Ingredients
- 30 gr flour pro medium
- 100 gr rice flour
- 50 gr cornstarch
- 30 gr milk powder
- 90 gr sugar
- 1 pc Egg
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 170 ml Water
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla (I added)
Filling
- Chocolate jam
Method
- 1. Mix all ingredients together and stir until smooth and not lumpy. Then sieve to make sure the dough is not lumpy.
- 2. Heat the crepes maker/Teflon until hot over low heat.
- 3. Then paste the crepes maker into the dough, if the hole is perforated, you can add a little dough with a spatula.
- 4. Leave until slightly browned then spread chocolate jam.
- 5. Fold the triangle shape / according to taste.
- 6. Remove and crispy crepes are ready to be served.
