Village Donuts
Ingredients
- 200 gr chakra flour
- 50 gr triangular flour
- 1 egg
- 25 g milk powder
- 50 gr sugar
- 125 gr ice water
- 11/2 tsp instant yeast
- 40 gr butter
- tsp salt
How to make
- 1. mix the dry ingredients….put in the eggs..pour the water little by little…knead using a hand mixer speed 2 for about 15 minutes.
- 2. Enter the butter and salt..mixer speed 3 for 15 minutes until the butter is well blended...and the dough is smooth.
- 3. Cut into 50 gr or according to taste..round it..let it sit for 10 min..hole with a donut hole..or a syringe.
- 6 profing for 25-30 min…ready to fry.
- 7. Fry on medium low heat.
- 8 serve with donut sugar
