Eclair Banana & Green Tea

eclair banana & green tea

Ingredients

  • 160 gr butter/margarine
  • 160 gr low protein flour
  • 300 ml milk (can be mixed with water 1:1)
  • 1.5 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 5 eggs

Method

  • -Cook all ingredients except flour & eggs
  • After boiling, reduce the heat, add the flour, stir quickly until it's not sticky
  • -turn off the fire
  • -after a bit cool add eggs one by one beat until well blended (I use a mixer with a beater)
  • - Put it in a piping bag, print it by spraying it with a syringe
  • -bake with fire up and down at 190°c for about 50 minutes (adjust the oven msg2 yaa..)
  • - after the foam is gone and the color is brown, remove it
  • -fill with filling according to taste
  • - Dip into Colatta Glaze Banana Milk and Green Tea, then decorate according to taste
