Eclair Banana & Green Tea
Ingredients
- 160 gr butter/margarine
- 160 gr low protein flour
- 300 ml milk (can be mixed with water 1:1)
- 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 5 eggs
Method
- -Cook all ingredients except flour & eggs
- After boiling, reduce the heat, add the flour, stir quickly until it's not sticky
- -turn off the fire
- -after a bit cool add eggs one by one beat until well blended (I use a mixer with a beater)
- - Put it in a piping bag, print it by spraying it with a syringe
- -bake with fire up and down at 190°c for about 50 minutes (adjust the oven msg2 yaa..)
- - after the foam is gone and the color is brown, remove it
- -fill with filling according to taste
- - Dip into Colatta Glaze Banana Milk and Green Tea, then decorate according to taste
