Ingredients

  • 100gr flour
  • 130gr caster sugar
  • 130gr butter, room temperature
  • 2 large eggs
  • 20g almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 15gr cocoa powder
  • 10gr Shine Block @delsrecipes melt

Method

  • Mixer butter and caster sugar until smooth, add eggs 1 by 1, mixer until smooth. Turn off the mixer.
  • Add the flour and almond flour, mix well with a whisk, then divide into 2 parts. 1 part add cocoa powder and Shine block, mix well.
  • Pour each mixture into a rectangular baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper in an oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Lift. And when it's not hot, cut evenly into 2 parts.
  • Mix the butter and powdered sugar until pale, add the sweetened condensed milk, mix well. Then add the melted Shine Block, mix well, add enough black coloring, mix well.
  • Spread chocolate buttercream on each side of the cake. Wrap in plastic wrap, put in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Heat the liquid milk, add the Shine Block, stirring constantly until it melts evenly, add margarine, mix well, remove from heat.
  • Take the cake out of the fridge, drizzle with ganache, decorate with buttercream, add orange slices. Put in the fridge for a while, serve.

Buttercream Ingredients

  • 150gr Shine Block @delsrecipes melt
  • 200gr butter
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 40gr sweetened condensed milk
  • Enough black coloring

Ganache Ingredients

  • 100gr Shine Block @delsrecipes
  • 80ml liquid milk
  • 1 tsp margarine
