Ingredients

  • 250 gr Low Protein Flour
  • 60 gr Refined Sugar
  • 15 gr Milk Powder
  • 125 gr Margarine
  • 50 gr Butter
  • 1 Egg Yolk

Toppings

  • enough melted chocolate
  • Sufficiently crushed Roasted Almonds

How to make

  • 1. Mix margarine, butter, powdered sugar, beat until smooth.
  • 2. Enter the egg yolks, beat well.
  • 3. Enter the flour and milk powder, stir until smooth and the texture can be pulverized.
  • 4. Flatten the dough, roll it and then print it with a cookie cutter.
  • 5. Arrange on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
  • 6. Oven at 170'C 20 minutes until cooked.
  • 7. Once cooked, cool, dip into melted chocolate and roasted almonds. Or decorate according to taste.
