Donut Cookies
Ingredients
- 250 gr Low Protein Flour
- 60 gr Refined Sugar
- 15 gr Milk Powder
- 125 gr Margarine
- 50 gr Butter
- 1 Egg Yolk
Toppings
- enough melted chocolate
- Sufficiently crushed Roasted Almonds
How to make
- 1. Mix margarine, butter, powdered sugar, beat until smooth.
- 2. Enter the egg yolks, beat well.
- 3. Enter the flour and milk powder, stir until smooth and the texture can be pulverized.
- 4. Flatten the dough, roll it and then print it with a cookie cutter.
- 5. Arrange on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
- 6. Oven at 170'C 20 minutes until cooked.
- 7. Once cooked, cool, dip into melted chocolate and roasted almonds. Or decorate according to taste.
