Lapis Legit Brownies
Brownies Ingredients
- Lapis Legit Brownies
- 200 gr DCC
- 70 gr Butter
- 60 ml cooking oil
- 3 eggs
- 205 gr sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 140 gr Medium protein flour
- 50 gr Cocoa powder + dark chocolate
Step
- 1. Melt the dcc, butter, and oil 2. Mix the eggs and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved
- 3. Enter while sifting flour and cocoa powder
- 4. Enter the melted dcc, mix well the dough is a bit thick and heavy
- 5. Pour into a baking sheet, which has been lined with baking paper
- 6. Preheat the oven, then bake at a temperature of 170C on top and bottom, for 25 minutes, or depending on each oven
- 7. After cooked lift
Lapis Legit
- 235 gr ( 135 gr Mentaga + 100 gr Margarine )
- 25 ml SKM
- 14 egg yolks + 1 whole egg
- 125 gr powdered sugar
- 40 gr wheat flour
- 20 gr milk powder
- 10 gr cornstarch
Solution
- Each layer of dough weight @ 70-75 gr
- When baking lapis legit, stack the first layer on top of the brownies, for oven temperature, I use 175-180 C, top heat for 10 minutes
