Lapis Mandarin
Yellow Coating Material

Yellow Layer Step
- 20x20x4 cm size pan (just cover the bottom with baking paper
- 1. Mix the first ingredients on medium speed then continue at high speed, mix until creamy, then set aside
- 2. Mixer ingredients 2 (eggs, sugar until thick)
- 3. then add ingredients 3 gradually in the egg mixture, mixer until smooth
- 4. Take the dough ingredients 1 add the butter, stir until everything is well mixed
- 5. After that, add the egg mixture to the butter mixture, stir again until everything is evenly distributed
- 6. Pour into a baking sheet, bake on fire up and down at 160 dc for 20-25 minutes, until cooked or depending on each oven
Chocolate Coating Material
