Ingredients

  • 1/2 pack of Oreos, separate from the cream, puree.
  • Ice cream cones
  • Mini mocha oreo

Dry Ingredients A

  • 60gr flour
  • 10gr cocoa powder
  • 65gr sugar
  • 30 gr oreos that have been mashed

Wet Material B

  • 30 ml of water and 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk
  • 70ml cooking oil
  • 50ml buttermilk (50ml liquid milk & 1 tsp lime juice)
  • 1/2 beaten egg

Butter Cream

  • 250gr whip cream
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • pink coloring

Method

  • • Mix all dry ingredients A in a bowl, mix well, set aside.
  • • Mix all wet ingredients B in a bowl, mix well. Then mix into dry mixture A, mix well with a whisk.
  • • Prepare an ice cream cone that is placed in a muffin cup tin, then pour it with 1 tablespoon of vegetables, give a piece of cadburry chocolate, pour another 1 tablespoon of vegetables.
  • Oven temperature 150 degrees, 20 minutes. Lift.
  • • Mixer the butter cream ingredients until smooth and soft, divide the dough into 2. 1 leave the white color, the rest give pink coloring. Put in a piping bag.
  • • Cupcakes are not hot, decorate with white and pink butter cream, sprinkle with Oreos, and Oreo mini mocca. Serve and ready to serve.
