Ingredients

  • 150 grams of wheat flour
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Athena baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp fine salt
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Pandan paste
  • Toppings: grated cheese, thick sweet and strawberry jam.

How to make

  • 1. Take a mixing bowl of eggs, sugar and vanilla, mix well until the sugar dissolves then add the flour, salt, baking powder and milk powder, mix well while adding a little water.
  • Mix well with a whisk, add oil and baking soda and mix until smooth. For two dough, one part add pandan paste to taste, let stand 10 minutes and cover.
  • 2. While waiting, heat the Teflon over medium heat, which tends to be small, spread a thin layer of oil and then wipe dry.
  • 3. Stir the dough well then cook on a tablespoon of Teflon, cook until the surface is dry.
  • Lift, add jam to taste then unite the edges while pressing.
  • For those who taste pandan after it is cooked, rub the thick sweet and then add grated cheese.
  • Note: when it's hot, add the topping so it's sticky when you press the edges.
