Material A

  • 4 chicken eggs
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp Munjung SP @zeelandia_indonesia

Material B

  • 200 gr all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder @zeelandia_indonesia

Material C

  • 100 gr instant thick coconut milk
  • 100 gr melted margarine/cooking oil
  • Taro purple food coloring, egg yolk to taste

Toppings

  • ButterCream
  • Caribe Dark Flake

How to make

  • 1. Heat the steamer to medium heat, cover the lid with a clean cloth, grease a baking sheet with oilcarlo and cover with baking paper
  • 2. Beat ingredient A at high speed until it becomes thick white streaks
  • 3. Reduce the speed of entering the ingredients B, mixer speed is low enough until blended
  • 4. Enter ingredients C on low speed mixer for a while, then stir again with a spatula
  • 5. Divide the dough into 2, the dough is colored taro purple, is colored egg yolk
  • 6. Steam the purple dough, for 10 minutes, when the last dough comes in, steam it again for 20 minutes
  • 7. Immediately remove from the steamer and the pan, let it cool, trim the sides, brush the top with buttercream and caribe dark flake

Note

  • Pan 24x10x7
  • 1. Make sure the steamer is filled with enough water and is really hot, steamy a lot
  • 2. When adding the mixture, reduce the heat to medium, which tends to be small, so that the surface of the cake is not wavy
  • 3. Flatten the surface of the dough so it is not wavy
