125 gr coconut milk (65gr instant coconut milk + water)
80-100 gr granulated sugar
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
Enough food coloring + a little water
For glazing: 1/2 pack of plain agar-agar, cooked with 250 ml of water + 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar

– Toothpick or skewer
– Styrofoam
How to make
* Wash the peeled green beans until the water is clear, soak for 3-4 hours. Drain then steam until cooked
* Blend steamed green beans with coconut milk, sugar, salt and vanilla until smooth
* Cook using medium heat, which tends to be low, while continuing to stir until the dough looks smooth, easy to pick up/shaped and doesn't stick to your hands, lift
* Weigh the dough per 10gr then shape it like a fruit
* Put a toothpick or skewer on the fruit cake, dip it in food coloring with a little water added. Or it can also be smeared using a brush.
* Plug it on Styrofoam, wait until it dries.
* After drying, dip the fruit cake into the glazing, plug it back into the styrofoam, let it set.
