Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr sugar (if you like it sweet you can use 125 gr)
  • 1/2 tsp emulsifier / SP
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
  • pinch of salt
  • 125 gr medium protein flour
  • 10 g cornstarch
  • 130 ml coconut milk (65 ml instant coconut milk 65 ml water)
  • Chocolate paste, mocha paste to taste

How to make

  • 1. Mix the eggs, sugar, emulsifier, vanilla paste, and salt until they become thick and stretchy.
  • 2. Enter the flour, cornstarch, coconut milk, then mixer on low speed until just mixed, do not overmix. Continue to stir with a spatula making sure it is well mixed.
  • 3. Divide into 3 parts, one with chocolate paste, one with mocca paste.
  • 4. Pour into a mold that has been smeared with oil. Steam for 15 minutes. The steamer is preheated.
