100 gr sugar (if you like it sweet you can use 125 gr)
1/2 tsp emulsifier / SP
1/2 tsp vanilla paste
pinch of salt
125 gr medium protein flour
10 g cornstarch
130 ml coconut milk (65 ml instant coconut milk 65 ml water)
Chocolate paste, mocha paste to taste
How to make
1. Mix the eggs, sugar, emulsifier, vanilla paste, and salt until they become thick and stretchy.
2. Enter the flour, cornstarch, coconut milk, then mixer on low speed until just mixed, do not overmix. Continue to stir with a spatula making sure it is well mixed.
3. Divide into 3 parts, one with chocolate paste, one with mocca paste.
4. Pour into a mold that has been smeared with oil. Steam for 15 minutes. The steamer is preheated.
