Tiramisu Steamed Sponge
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100 gr sugar (if you like it sweet you can use 125 gr)
- 1/2 tsp emulsifier / SP
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
- pinch of salt
- 125 gr medium protein flour
- 10 g cornstarch
- 130 ml coconut milk (65 ml instant coconut milk 65 ml water)
- Chocolate paste, mocha paste to taste
How to make
- 1. Mix the eggs, sugar, emulsifier, vanilla paste, and salt until they become thick and stretchy.
- 2. Enter the flour, cornstarch, coconut milk, then mixer on low speed until just mixed, do not overmix. Continue to stir with a spatula making sure it is well mixed.
- 3. Divide into 3 parts, one with chocolate paste, one with mocca paste.
- 4. Pour into a mold that has been smeared with oil. Steam for 15 minutes. The steamer is preheated.
