Baked Brownie Pie Recipe
Crust Material
- – 160 gr butter (mix blue band & wisjman/anchor)
- – 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- – 2 egg yolks
- – 1 tbsp cornstarch
- – 1 tbsp milk powder
- – 250 gr wheat flour
Brownies Ingredients
- – 200 gr melted dcc, good quality
- – 120 ml vegetable oil, good quality
- – 220 grams of powdered sugar
- – 2 eggs
- – 170 gr all purpose flour
- – 1/4 tsp vanilla
How to make
- Crust: stir butter & sugar with a whisk then add egg yolks, just mix well, then add all the other ingredients.. stir with a pastry knife, until smooth (use a wooden spoon if you don't have a pastry knife).. print onto pie mold.. oven until half cooked..
- Brownies: Mix oil with melted dcc set aside, eggs & powdered sugar mix, just beat with a whisk, add dcc mixture, mix well, finally add flour & vanilla..
- Put it in the half-baked pie shell, preheated the oven, bake on medium heat, tend to be hot at around 180c, top and bottom (if using an oven, put on the top shelf) for about 15-20 minutes, when a sinny crust appears, reduce it to a small size. fire, bake for another 10 minutes remove....
