Black Glutinous Pudding
Ingredients
- 100 gr black sticky rice, soak for 2 hours and wash thoroughly
- 500 ml water
- 2 pandan leaves
- 2 packs of agar agar plain
- 2 packs of thick coconut milk
- 200 ml of water
- 200 gr sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
How to make
- 1. Put black sticky rice with 500 ml of water into a pressure cooker and cook until soft. If after the pot beeps/hiss, turn off the stove and wait 45 minutes. After that just opened.
- 2. In the pan, add granulated sugar, agar agar, coconut milk, salt, 200 ml of white water then shake until dissolved and then turn on the stove. Let it boil. After boiling, turn off the stove. After the steam is gone, put it in the mold container.
- Once cool put in the refrigerator. Eating when it's cold is fresher without fla because there is already coconut milk in the pudding.
