Ingredients

  • 125 gr High Protein Flour
  • 3 gr Instant Yeast
  • 90 ml Water
  • 10 ml Olive Oil (2 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Toppings

  • 2 pieces of chicken sausage, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons boiled sweetcorn
  • 1 Tablespoon Button Mushroom Slices
  • 3 Tablespoons Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1/4 Peppers, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 50 gr Grated Mozzarella Cheese

How to make

  • 1. Pizza dough: Mix flour, instant yeast, water, olive oil, salt, knead until smooth and then round the dough, cover with a clean napkin so that the surface of the dough does not dry out. Rest 30 minutes until doubled in size.
  • 2. Deflate the dough, put it on a baking sheet that has been lightly greased with olive oil. Flatten to the shape of the pan, pressing the edges of the dough to form the edges of the pizza. Prick the surface with a fork then brush lightly with olive oil.
  • 3. Give 3 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce, topping with sliced ​​chicken sausage, sweet corn, button mushrooms, peppers and onions. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
  • 4. Bake at 180'C 30 minutes, until cooked.
  • 5. Cut into pieces and serve.
