Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 Pack of Chocolate-flavored Jelly
- 150 gr granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1000 ml UHT Milk
- 100 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate, chopped small
Garnish
- Candied Cherry to taste, cut into small pieces
How to make
- 1. Mix the agar-agar, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, add a little milk, stir until smooth and not lumpy then pour in the remaining milk, mix well, add Dark Cooking Chocolate.
- 2. Cook until it boils and the chocolate dissolves, let stand until the hot steam is gone.
- 3. Pour into molds, cool in the refrigerator.
- 4. Once cool remove from the mold, decorate with red Cherry.
