Lychee Pudding

Ingredients (Lychee Clear Coating)

  • 1 can of lychee
  • 750 ml (Water + lychee water)
  • 1 pack of Nutrijell lychee/plain flavor
  • 5 tbsp sugar (to taste)

Ingredients (Milk Layer)

  • 1½ packs of agar agar plain
  • 100gr silky pudding powder lychee flavor (optional)
  • 1250 UHT milk / water
  • can of white sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 tbsp sugar (to taste)
  • Blue and pink coloring (optional)

How to make

  • 1. Lychee clear layer: strain the canned lychee fruit, separate the fruit and water. Arrange the lychees in the pudding mold. Set aside. Water lychee add water to 750 ml.
  • 2. In a saucepan, mix the nutrijel powder and sugar, mix well. Then slowly pour the lychee water, mix well. Turn on the stove, cook until it boils.
  • 3. Remove the hot steam, then pour using a spoon into the pudding mold so that the lychee fruit does not float. Chill.
  • 4. Milk layer: mix all ingredients. Stir well. Turn on the stove fire, cook until it boils, turn off the stove, take half of the dough and give it a pink color, mix well, remove the hot steam and then pour over a clear layer, cool. The remaining half of the dough is heated again until it is liquid and then gives a blue color, mix well, pour into the pink layer, chill in the refrigerator until completely set.
  • Mix the Vla powder with water, mix well, add liquid milk, cook over low heat while stirring, remove and add rum, cool.

Material Vla

  • 2 packs of my vla nutrijell vanilla @60gr
  • 400ml hot water
  • 200ml liquid milk
  • 1 tbsp rum/rhum flavoring
