Material A

  • 150 gr cream cheese
  • 100ml water

Material B

  • 1 pack agar² plain
  • 125 gr granulated sugar
  • 550 ml plain uht milk
  • 4-5 tts blue coloring (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Material C

  • 150 ml Whipping Cream Liquid

How to make

  • 1. Ingredients A: mix and blend, then set aside
  • 2. Ingredient B : In a saucepan, mix agar2+sugar+milk until well blended, cook until it boils, then add Material A, cook for a while then turn off the heat. Add vanilla extract & coloring, mix again until smooth.
  • 3. Ingredients C: Beat whipping cream until stiff
  • 4. Slowly pour the creamcheese pudding mixture into the whipping cream little by little while mixing at low speed.
  • 5. Pour into a pan that has been filled with pearl sago. chill

Pearl Sago Ingredients

  • • 80 gr white pearl sago
  • • 1.5 liters of water to boil
  • • 2-3 tts of coloring (optional)
  • How to cook sago: Boil water, after boiling add sago pearls, boil for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, let stand 30 minutes, boil again for 7 minutes or until cooked (looks clear). Strain then immediately put it in a container of ice water, add the dye too. Leave it until the pearl sago changes color.

Undercoat Material (Optional)

  • 50 gr chia seeds
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ~ Mix all ingredients, leave for up to 5-6 hours in the refrigerator, or you can overnight.
