Marble Butter Cake 3 Flavors
Material A
- 350 gr butter mix margarine
- 180 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp SKM milk
- 1 tbsp rum (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 egg yolks
- 250 gr low protein flour (sifted)
- 30 gr milk powder (sifted)
Material B
- 5 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 60 gr sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Other Ingredients
- 1 tsp Munjung cocoa powder (sifted)
- 1/2 tsp chocolate paste
- 1 tsp Pandan paste
- Chocolate filling / nutella to taste (optional)
How to Make Marble Butter Cake 3 Flavors
- 1 Mixer butter & powdered sugar until creamy, add SKM, vanilla extract, & rum, continue to beat until fluffy
- 2 Add the egg yolks, beat until well blended. Enter the flour & milk, mix well with a spatula / mixer on low speed
