Cut fruit according to taste (I use strawberry, fresh kiwi and canned fruit)
350 ml of water
50 gr sugar
1/2 pack agar2 plain powder
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
Layer 4 Material (White)
200 ml uht milk
30 g sugar
2 g agar2 plain
pinch of salt
A little vanilla
Vla
200 ml uht milk
100 ml of water from canned fruit
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Munjung cornstarch
1/4 tsp vanilla
*** Mix all ingredients, stir, cook until bubbling, add a little canned fruit, stir.
How to make
1. Blend strawberries with 50 ml of milk (taken from the 350 ml one). Set aside.
2. Mix all ingredients, and the rest of the milk, mix well.
3. Take 125 ml of mixture no. 2, add the strawberries that have been blended, cook to a boil, pour into the pudding pan (I filtered it), let it set until the top is set but the bottom is still soft.
3. Heat the remaining mixture to a boil, remove from heat, stir until the steam is gone, slowly pour it onto the strawberry cloth. Let stand until the top is set, and the inside is still a bit soft, or when it has hardened the lines or pierces with a fork a little deep so that the layers don't come off.
4. Arrange the fruits at will on a white cloth. Cook the 3rd layer ingredients except the fruit, until it boils, wait for the hot steam to go away, pour in slowly and let it set until it has set or with a deep fork.
5. Cook the 4th layer of ingredients to a boil, pour slowly over the fruit layer. Cool and store in the refrigerator. Serve with vla 😍.
