Chocolate Moss Pudding
Moss Pudding Ingredients
- 1 pack of clear agar2 swalow
- 150 gr sugar
- 125 ml Instant coconut milk
- 550 ml water
- 100 ml pandan water from 10 pandan leaves that have been juiced + filtered (I used 1.5 tsp pandan essence instead of juice)
- 2 eggs beaten off
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp vanilla essence
Steps to Make Moss Pudding
- 1. Mix all the ingredients and then strain so they don't stick together
- 2. Cook on medium heat, the moss will automatically appear on the surface.
Chocolate Pudding Ingredients
- 1 pack of chocolate jelly
- 1/2 can of skim chocolate
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 150 gr sugar
- 700 ml of water
- pinch of salt
Steps to Make Chocolate Pudding
- Mix all the cooking ingredients until bubbling, turn off the stove then pour the chocolate pudding slowly using a vegetable spoon over the moss pudding.
- Let it cool in the refrigerator.
