Strawberry Layered Milk Pudding
Ingredients
- 500 ml UHT liquid milk.
- 300 ml of water.
- 1 bks agar² plain powder.
- 125-150 gr sugar (according to taste).
- Sprinkle salt.
- *** Mix and stir to form 1 all ingredients. Then Cook Until Boiling. Pour into the Pudding Cup, set aside until room temperature.
Milk Pudding Layer
- 1 bks agar² plain .
- 800 ml of water.
- 125-150 gr sugar.
- 3 tablespoons basil seeds that have been soaked.
- Sufficient fresh strawberries. Cut kcl.
- *** Mix Agar² Powder, Sugar and Water. Cook until boiling. Turn off the stove. Stir until the hot steam starts to dissipate, add the basil and sliced strawberries. Then pour on top of the milk pudding layer. Let stand until room temperature and put in the refrigerator.
