Ingredients

  • 200gr tapioca flour
  • 50gr tapioca tapioca
  • 30gr melted margarine, let it cool a bit
  • 1 btr beaten egg
  • 50 ml of water / according to the size of the egg
  • 60gr grated cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • enough oil for frying.

Stuffing

  • ~ cmpr flour, tapioca, cheese and salt mix well.
  • ~ in another container cmpr melted margarine and eggs mix well.
  • ~ then enter into the flour mixture, mix well.
  • ~ add water little by little.
  • ~ knead / mix well.
  • ~ Roll out the dough with a rolling pin

  • ~ Give the filling in the middle and then fold and press the edges to form mini pastels.
  • ~ Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown.
  • ~ lift and drain.
  • ~ serve. (Keep in an airtight jar).
