3 sheets of puff pastry size 21×21, cut into 721 cm
1 pack of Peachy Apple Puree @peachybabyfood_id (100gr)
3 apples
1 large lime
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder

How to Make Peachy Apple Rose Tart
1. Mix sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon, mix well, set aside
2. Thinly slice apples, soak in water with lime juice, warm in the microwave or cook on low heat until hot (no need to boil)
3. Remove the apples and drain, mix with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture, mix well
4. Preheat the oven to 180C
5. Add 1 tablespoon of Peachy Apple Puree @peachybabyfood_id to the surface of the puff pastry, smooth it out
6. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of cinnamon sugar mixture
7. Arrange the apple slices in the top half of the puff pastry, fold and roll it, place it on a muffin tin that has been smeared with margarine, do it until it runs out
