Velvet Cake Ingredients
- 300gr velvet premix flour @viverobakingmart
- 6 eggs
- 150 gr melted butter

- Grated cheese
How to cook
- Whisk all ingredients except butter until fluffy, add butter..stir well then bake in a uk pan. 30×25, greased with parchment paper
- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180°C from top to bottom
- Bake for 30 minutes... take it out..
- Wait for it to cool slightly, spread with butter cream, sprinkle with cheese, then roll up, chill in the fridge until set..about 2 hours
- Whisk the cakes & sugar, after a little expand, add the cornstarch, mix well then add the oil..
- Pour into a baking sheet uk 25×30 with paper base..
- Bake at a high temperature of 240°C, fire up and down for about 7 minutes (adjust the msg2 oven, I use the @idealifeonline 33ltr oven)
- •take it back.. spread it with cream or skm/jam.. put the bowl on the side then roll it tightly.. ready to cut.. good luck

- 50 g powdered sugar
- 20 gr cornstarch
- 5 g oil
