Soy Sauce Chicken Pao
Ingredients
- 425 gr low pro flour.
- 75 gr tangmien flour.
- 8 g instant yeast.
- 75 grams of powdered sugar.
- 250 ml of water.
- 30 g white butter.
- tsp BP.
- Sprinkle salt.
Stuffing
- Soy sauce minced chicken.
- You can use filling with other flavors. It's according to taste.
How to make
- 1. Mix all ingredients, then Mixer / knead until smooth.
- 2. Round the dough. Then cut into pieces and weigh each weighing @ 55 gr. Round up the kcl dough again.
