Material A

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp SP tea
  • 120 Brown Sugar

Material B

  • 3 egg whites
  • 50 gr brown sugar (adjust according to taste)
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar

Material C

  • 130 gr low protein flour
  • 10 grams of powdered milk
  • 10 gr cornstarch
  • tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp speck powder
  • Salt, melted vanilla to taste

Material D

  • 90 gr melted margarine

Sprinkled

  • walnut

How to make

  • 1. Mix ingredients A for about 10 minutes
  • 2. Until the dough rises
  • 3. Sift into one ingredient C set aside
  • 4. Mixer ingredients B until it is lifted to form a crest of egg white dough
  • 5. Mix ingredients C into ingredient A using low speed, until well blended, turn off the mixer, add batter B and mix with a spatula, finally add melted margarine, mix well
  • 6. Use an 18x18x10/20x20x10 pan that has been smeared with margarine, baking paper, pour the dough, beat with walnuts and then bake
  • 7. Oven temperature 150-160 Fire up and down for 30 minutes, in the 15th minute, turn on the blower or adjust the temperature of each oven
