Steamed Cheese Chocolate Layer Pudding
Caramel Ingredients
- 75 gr sugar
- 1 tbsp Water
Pudding Ingredients
- 180 gr sugar
- 30 gr Custard Flour
- 25 gr cornstarch
- 15 gr milk powder
- 50 ml cream cheese (can be skipped) I use cheese mashed with liquid milk
- 6 eggs
- 650 ml Liquid Milk / UHT
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder, add a tsp of water
How to Make Steamed Cheese Chocolate Layer Pudding
- 1. Cook the sugar until it caramelizes, pour the water, then let it mix
- 2. Pour the caramel into the pyrex or baking dish, smooth it out, set aside
- 3. Add sugar, custard flour, cornstarch, milk powder, and cream cheese
- 4. Enter 1/1 egg while stirring well
- 5. Pour in the liquid milk, then stir and strain
- 6. Divide 2 dough, 1 part give chocolate
- 7. Preheat the steamer, then place the baking sheet, when it's hot, start to layer, cook the dough for 5-10 minutes
- 8. Do it until the dough is HBs, after it is cooked, remove it, let it cool, then put it in the refrigerator first
