Thumbprint Mede Ovomaltine
Ingredients
- 150 gr low protein flour
- 50 gr powdered milk
- 50 gr cornstarch
- 125 gr cold butter (I used full butter)
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 gr grated cheese
Topping Material
- Roasted chopped cashews
- Ovomaltine jam
Method
- - Just beat the butter & sugar for a while, then add the cake mix, mix well..
- - Enter the flour, milk, cornstarch and grated cheese..round the dough
- Dip in egg white, then roll in chopped cashew..
- -bake at 130°c, fire up and down for 35-40 minutes. Remove to cool, spray with ovomaltine
