Ingredients

  • 150 gr low protein flour
  • 50 gr powdered milk
  • 50 gr cornstarch
  • 125 gr cold butter (I used full butter)
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50 gr grated cheese

Topping Material

  • Roasted chopped cashews
  • Ovomaltine jam

Method

  • - Just beat the butter & sugar for a while, then add the cake mix, mix well..
  • - Enter the flour, milk, cornstarch and grated cheese..round the dough
  • Dip in egg white, then roll in chopped cashew..
  • -bake at 130°c, fire up and down for 35-40 minutes. Remove to cool, spray with ovomaltine
