Bread Ingredients

  • 300 gr wheat flour
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1/2 tsp bread improver
  • 1 egg
  • 30 gr margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 140 ml cold liquid milk

Topping

  • Sausage
  • Chili sauce
  • mayonnaise
  • Grated cheese
  • Oregano

How to make

  • 1. Mix flour, sugar, milk powder, instant yeast, bread improver, eggs and liquid milk, knead until mixed. Add margarine and salt, knead again until elastic. Leave it for 40 minutes.
  • 2. Divide the dough each @45 gr in a round shape, roll out and fill with sausage, close tightly. Cut not to break, caterpillar shape.
  • 3. Let stand for 40 minutes, add chili sauce, mayonnaise, grated cheese and oregano.
  • 4. Oven at 180 ° fire up and down for 30 minutes / until cooked. Remove and ready to serve.
