Rainbow Cenil
Rainbow Cinnamon Material
- 100 gr wheat flour
- 100 gr tapioca flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Enough hot water
- Red, yellow, green coloring
Brown Sugar Kinca
- 150 gr brown sugar, finely comb
- 30 g sugar
- 50 ml water
- 1 lb pandan leaves

How to make a rainbow cenil
- 1. Mix flour, tapioca flour, vanilla and salt, mix well while pouring hot water little by little until it becomes a dough that can be pulverized.
- 2. Divide the dough into 3, each color red, yellow and green.
- Take a piece of dough, roll it with your palms, form an oval. Put in boiling water. If it floats, lift and drain.
- 3. Kinca Brown sugar: mix all ingredients, stir until slightly thickened, remove and let cool.
- 4. Coat the cenil with grated coconut, kucuri with brown sugar sauce. Ready to be served.
