Material A
- 75 gr butter
- 75 gr margarine
- 100 gr palm sugar (palm sugar)
- 50 gr sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1 large egg
Material B
- 250 gr all-purpose flour
- 20 gr cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 150 gr chocochips
How to Make Chocolate Cookies
- 1. Sift ingredients B, mix all together
- 2. Mix the ingredients A with a mixer 1-2 minutes, add the egg mixer again, add the ingredients B, mix well with a spatula, finally add the chocochips, mix well
- 3. Round the size according to taste (me:30gr), arrange it on a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper, thanks for the distance
- 4. Oven temperature 180 degrees 15 minutes
- 5. After it's cooked, remove it from the oven, use your hands or a spoon to press the top so that it's a bit flat, when the civil servants are still soft, don't take it out immediately, it will break, let it cool, it will become hard
