Chocolate Pannacota With Strawberry Sauce
Pannacota Chocolate Ingredients
- 500 gr liquid whipping cream
- 8 g gelatin powder
- 200 ml full cream liquid milk
- 50 gr sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 150 gr dark cooking chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 10 tbsp cold water
Strawberry Sauce Ingredients
- 20 pcs strawberries, chopped small
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- tsp gelatin powder
- 100 ml water
Toppings
- whip cream
- mint leaves
- candied cherries
- dark cooking chocolate, shaved.
How to make
- 1. pannacotta: mix gelatine with cold water. stir until smooth and let it rise
- 2. Boil a mixture of full cream milk, liquid whipping cream, sugar and salt. mask over medium heat while stirring
- 3. After boiling, add dark cooking chocolate. stir until melted and smooth
- 4. Finally, add the gelatin. stir until well mixed
- 5. Pour into the mold. Store in the refrigerator until 1/2 frozen
- 6. Strawberry Sauce: Mix gelatine with 3 tablespoons of cold water. stir well. let it expand
- 7. Mix strawberry, sugar, lemon, and water. Stir until smooth, thickened and the water turns red. taste until desired taste
- 8. Finally add the gelatine. stir well. set aside.
- 9. Pour the sauce over the chocolate pannacota and decorate according to taste
- 10. serve cold.
