Henna Topping Donut Ingredients
- 500 gr high protein flour
- 50 gr powdered milk
- 11 g instant yeast
- 200 gr steamed potatoes, mashed
- 100 gr powdered sugar
- 75 gr margarine
- tsp salt
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 ml ice water
- Toppings: chocolate glaze, tiramisu, etc
How to Make Henna Topping Donuts
- 1. Combine flour, sugar, milk powder, yeast, stir briefly. Add potatoes & egg yolks, stir while pouring ice water little by little. Knead until half smooth.
- 2. Add margarine and salt, knead again until smooth. Round the dough, place it in a container & cover with a cloth, then rest 20-30 minutes.
- 3. Deflate the dough, divide into several parts. Round and then rest again 15-20 minutes.
- 4. Fry over medium low heat until cooked.
- 5. Topping with glaze according to taste.
