Henna Topping Donut Ingredients

  • 500 gr high protein flour
  • 50 gr powdered milk
  • 11 g instant yeast
  • 200 gr steamed potatoes, mashed
  • 100 gr powdered sugar
  • 75 gr margarine
  • tsp salt
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 100 ml ice water
  • Toppings: chocolate glaze, tiramisu, etc

How to Make Henna Topping Donuts

  • 1. Combine flour, sugar, milk powder, yeast, stir briefly. Add potatoes & egg yolks, stir while pouring ice water little by little. Knead until half smooth.
  • 2. Add margarine and salt, knead again until smooth. Round the dough, place it in a container & cover with a cloth, then rest 20-30 minutes.
  • 3. Deflate the dough, divide into several parts. Round and then rest again 15-20 minutes.
  • 4. Fry over medium low heat until cooked.
  • 5. Topping with glaze according to taste.
