Hunkwee Oreos
Ingredients
- 85gr hunkwee flour @achilles_indonesia
- 120gr granulated sugar
- 700ml liquid coconut milk
- 1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk
- Pandan paste
- Oreo Biscuits
Method
- • Stir in a bowl: hunkwee flour @achilles_indonesia , sugar, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and pandan paste. Stir until smooth, then cook on the stove, stirring constantly until thick, smooth, not lumpy. Lift.
- • Pour 1/2 of the dough into a 15 cm diameter round tin. Then arrange the oreo biscuits, then pour the remaining dough again, put in the refrigerator until set / solid.
- Garnish with a sprinkling of biscuits or oreos, put whipcream and oreos on top.
- Serve!
