Odading Ingredients
- 100 ml of warm water
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 250 gr medium protein flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
How to Make Odading
- dissolve sugar with warm water, add instant yeast, stir, let stand until yeast is active.
- if the yeast is active / foamy, add the eggs and oil, mix well.
- mix the flour and salt, pour the yeast solution, stir using a spoon until everything is combined and smooth
- let the dough rise until it rises, about 40 minutes
- Deflate the dough, knead lightly to remove the gas, flatten into a square with a thickness of 1cm.
- spray water then sprinkle with sesame, compact by pressing using a rolling pin, let stand about 15 minutes
- heat the oil, cut the dough, fry until cooked, just turn once.
