Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp SP
  • 90 gr wheat flour
  • 15 gr cornstarch
  • 15 gr milk powder
  • 90 gr Butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Mocha paste

How to make

  • 1. Beat eggs, sugar and SP until thick and traily.
  • 2. Enter the mocca paste, flour, cornstarch and milk powder that has been sifted, beat on low speed.
  • 3. Pour in the melted butter, stir with a spatula until smooth. Make sure there are no butter deposits at the bottom of the container.
  • 4. Grease the baking sheet with a thin carlo, pour the dough, beat the pan before entering the oven and in the oven at 170c for 25 minutes or until cooked. Remove and cool.
  • 5. Decorate the cake with butter cream and you can add toppings according to your taste.
