Mocha Cake
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 100 gr sugar
- 1 tsp SP
- 90 gr wheat flour
- 15 gr cornstarch
- 15 gr milk powder
- 90 gr Butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Mocha paste
How to make
- 1. Beat eggs, sugar and SP until thick and traily.
- 2. Enter the mocca paste, flour, cornstarch and milk powder that has been sifted, beat on low speed.
- 3. Pour in the melted butter, stir with a spatula until smooth. Make sure there are no butter deposits at the bottom of the container.
- 4. Grease the baking sheet with a thin carlo, pour the dough, beat the pan before entering the oven and in the oven at 170c for 25 minutes or until cooked. Remove and cool.
- 5. Decorate the cake with butter cream and you can add toppings according to your taste.
