Ingredients

  • 150 gr Margarine
  • 100 gr Butter
  • 80 gr refined sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 325 gr low protein flour
  • 25 gr cornstarch
  • 50 gr milk powder
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla powder

Method

  • 1. Mixer butter, margarine, powdered sugar until just blended. Add the egg yolks and mix again until smooth.
  • 2. Enter the flour, milk powder, cornstarch and vanilla that has been sifted and stir with a spatula until blended.
  • 3. Take the dough and weigh it per 35gr then flatten and fill with pineapple jam per 15gr. Insert it into the bulkhead of the pan and flatten it while pressing it with a pressing iron. (You don't need to grease the tins with anything, they're not sticky, I only smear the bottom).
  • 4. Oven at a temperature of 150 ° c fire up and down until cooked.
