Ingredients

  • 6 whole eggs
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp sp
  • 80 grams of medium protein flour
  • 1 sachet (24 gr) matcha @chocolatos_id
  • 125 grams of butter, melted and cooled
  • green dye
  • Baking pan: 1 piece 30x30x4 cm

How to make

  • 1. Prepare a baking sheet, grease the base with margarine, line it with baking paper. Brush again with margarine. Set aside.
  • 2. Sift flour and matcha chocolatos powder and mix all ingredients together except melted butter. Beat with a mixer on high speed until fluffy, thick and white (check the consistency by lifting the mixer, the dough will fall slowly, not runny).
  • 3. Enter the melted butter, stir again with a rubber spatula until evenly distributed and homogeneous.
  • 4. Pour into the pan, smooth the surface. Leave 1 tablespoon of dough, give green coloring, decorate according to taste. Bake in a preheated 200'C oven (I use low heat for 10 minutes and then high heat for 5 minutes) until cooked and the surface is lightly browned and quite dry to the touch.
  • 5. Remove from pan and cool. Give the filling according to taste and roll while compacted.
